Biography
Amanda has had a passion for movement since the day she was born. She was enrolled in her first ballet class at the early age of two and a half and has been dancing ever since. Amanda has an extensive background in Rhythmic Gymnastics and Pilates, creating the perfect blend of movement and training styles that shaped her into the passionate teacher and mover she is today. She attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison where she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance and received various scholarships for the opportunity to perform and train all over the globe. She is a 500 hr comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and has completed many other certifications, including PRI, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise, and fascial stretch therapy. With nearly 10 years of experience under her belt, Amanda’s love for teaching has carried her through life with a mission to share all the wonderful effects movement and exercise have on the body and mind.
